・The Aries dosing cup set can be directly attached to a 58mm portafilter. Simply attach the dosing cup to the portafilter, and lift and remove the cone inside by rotating it, allowing the coffee grounds to easily fall into the portafilter. In addition to its use for espresso, this dosing cup is also perfect for pour-over coffee. Just align the dosing cup with the dripper and remove the cone, letting the coffee grounds naturally fall into the filter. When used for espresso, it can also serve as a dosing ring to prevent coffee grounds from spilling over during WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique).
